It’s simple. Once for month, the group comes together in the church to discuss  a matter chosen in the last meeting.
The matters are chosen according to the things which happens on the world.
Such as the selfishness, supply, violence, between others.

    So,

What do you think about the creation of a group composed for christian scientists to pray for the humanity?

Most branch churches I know already do this. Sometimes they have what’s called a “Metaphysical Committee,” and other times it’s just a duty of the whole membership. Are you a member of a local branch church? If your church doesn’t do this already, perhaps you could get the ball rolling!

ONWARD BROTHER! Maybe you could share the topics here on time4thinkers and other churches could join in.

I know the church I am attending here in Jamaica Plain, MA would love to be a part of it. Where are you located?

    Gordon,
I’m not a member of a local branch church. I am a christian scientist and I worship the Second church of Christ, Scientist in Rio de Janeiro, but I am not a member! Not yet…
So, here, we have a group like this. I’d like to share it with you, around the world, because it is a fantastic idea, I think so. It’s nice if all the branch churchs do the same. It’d be an amazing work!
Well, for the time being, in Brazil, I just know my group, composed for seven persons, I think. Our job is only beginning…
    Thanks for your attention!
