Gangs and grudges

  1. Carlos says:

Thank you Paul. It always amazes me how a negative feeling like hate can be so blinding, making baseless situations seem so real to us.

  2. Joy H in Alberta, Canada says:

Thanks Paul. With humility you shared something huge with your class and with us.

  3. LittleChild says:

I can only imagine how amazed your gang-involved students must have been when you went into class the next day and told them what your neighbor said!

Did your long-overdue radical act make them want to stop holding grudges, too?

How often do our own humble admissions of wrong-doing, our genuine repentance, our sincere striving to reform, our honest and earnest plea for forgiveness … melt hardened hearts that we could not reach otherwise?
