Think Differently
Sometimes limits sneak into the way we think about our lives. How can God be present, how can prayer be helpful, what’s the point of hope? What if those ideas we’re flipped upside down and re-thought? I mean, completely re-thought. The effect is…spectacular.

I think the most important thing in a discussion like this is to define ‘God’. What is ‘God’? Is God like some kind of Santa Clause figure? If God is like Santa then I’m out of here. Is God some big ‘thing’? Well then no matter how big he is he can never be everywhere… and when I hear the word ‘he’ to describe God, does that mean that God’s like a big person? with favourites? If any of the above describe ‘God’ then I want no part of ‘God’… but if ‘God’ is another word for ‘good’ .. well that makes a bit more sense to me … and if God is another word for Love .. that makes sense .. because I know that where Love is right there, right in that instant of Love, there’s no hate .. and if there is a law of God .. like the Bible says… then that means there is a law of Love … and law is provable. It’s proof of this law that seals the deal for me… all the worry .. all the angst.. all the despair won’t help .. but what has helped me is getting a bigger picture of this word ‘God’, a picture so big that it’s actually infinite, filling all space, negating time, just here and now and nothing else. Thinking this way I’ve seen my problems literally disappear – even medically diagnosed health issues. So my uptake … Thinking differently is how every world problem to date has been solved … Thinking differently is essential !
