Because we know there's more...journalists, writers, musicians, artists, inspirational speakers, and students like you talk about campus issues and the search for spirituality and deeper meaning in life. Our podcasts are produced in partnership with the students, faculty, and graduates of Christian Science organizations at colleges and universities worldwide. CSOs host meetings and lectures for their academic communities that are a great place to explore how spirituality can be practical in your everyday life. To find a CSO near you, drop us an email.
PRODUCER
Just like John Mellencamp, David grew up in a small town. Well, not really. It was more like a suburb of Indianapolis. When he was a kid he followed his younger brother around with a tape recorder and asked him annoying questions. And that's how his podcast career began. He recently graduated from Principia College near St. Louis where he studied mass communication, history, and Spanish. He spent a couple of months in Peru and Japan, where he developed a love for connecting to people who would be strangers otherwise.
David is looking forward to staying in touch with college students and discussing what inspires them. He's hoping to find a genuine connection between spirituality and everyday life on campus.
CONTRIBUTING PRODUCER
Nate likes travels. Big travels. One time he traveled alone for 6 1/2 months across Asia and visited 9 countries. He made the infamous journey from Lhasa to Kathmandu and saw a snowstorm and a rainforest in the same day.
Nate likes miracles. Big miracles. One time he spent 3 1/2 months in Kauai, Hi and traveled on his bike everyday looking for "something wonderful" (miracles). He gathered lots of stories and put them on a website called welcometomymiracle.com. He sees Time4Thinkers as an extension of that work and is excited to explore more miracles.
Nate studied Religion and Music at Hampshire College and graduated in 2006. He likes throwing dinner parties every night, so if you live near him head on over.
