What is Sunday School all about?
It’s about discovering how spirituality is relevant in your life – how it fits into every day and shows up in everything you love to do.
It’s an environment where you feel totally supported. You can ask the hardest questions as you’re figuring out how to apply spiritual truths to your own experiences.
It’s a chance to talk with other kids under the age of 20 and together look for meaningful answers to the stuff that comes up in your lives.
What’s taught in Sunday School?
Each Sunday School class is designed to meet your needs as a student. All of the classes are based on the Bible, and you’ll use Mary Baker Eddy’s book, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures to help you dive deeper.
We provide a free, weekly e-newsletter sharing online content from this website and the Sunday School section of ChristianScience.com related to each week’s Bible Lesson. It’s great for sharing with your class and for considering new angles on themes in the Lesson. The newsletters pay special attention to how the ideas in the Bible Lesson are being considered and lived today.
Where can I find a Sunday School?
Use the Christian Science Journal Directory to find a Church of Christ, Scientist near you. Call them up and ask about Sunday School – they’ll be happy to hear from you.
If you don’t live near a church you can attend Sunday School online.
